I just had to put this guy in again. Mr. Quadrulella.
Whoever named all these anyway?

Here we have a diatom, a yellow algae named Navicula?
If not, he's a close relative

This little guy may be a Colep, a ciliate

Oh, no, not another worm??? Maybe a Chaetogaster or his cousin.

This may be a rotifer that took over an empty shell or a ciliate
that built his own home. If you know, let me know.

Oooooh, that stringy thing may be a Gordion worm.
That green algae doesn't seem to move.

I haven't a clue what this thing is. Let me know if you know.

Another one I can't find in my book.

I'm not sure what that is, but the second creature is a rotifer

Another Rotifer, but I don't know his name. Do you?

What amazing creatures I find in a drop of water. Invisible with the naked eye, but so intricate and detailed when observed with a microscope. I should have had a microscope when I was growing up. No telling what I would have been or become. How about you? Any interest in buying a microscope yet?

More movies and/or stills coming in the future. Keep a look out!
                                Which one was your favorite??
